摘 要:以蝴蝶兰品种“大辣椒”为试材,研究了不同外源钙物质对蝴蝶兰栽培基质水苔EC、pH 值的影响.结果表明:浇灌清水的情况下EC 值随着时间的延长逐渐降低,由0.92 mS/cm 下降至0.56 mS/cm.正常肥水管理条件下的EC 值逐渐上升,由0.94 mS/cm 上升至1.30 mS/cm.而添加CaO能加剧基质EC 值的提升,并随着处理次数的增加,EC 值持续增高,第4次处理后测定数值达到1.35~1.38 mS/cm并趋于稳定.与正常肥水管理相比,添加CaCO3对基质的EC 值基本没有影响.随着处理时间的延长,对照组水苔的pH 值逐渐降低,浇灌清水的基质pH值由处理前的4.76降至4.57,正常肥水管理的pH 值下降趋势更为明显,由开始的4.81下降至最终的4.46.但添加外源钙物质能明显改变水苔pH 值.其中,200~600倍CaO对水苔pH 值的改善效果较为明显且效果较为接近,可使基质pH 值由4.74~4.77提高至4.88~4.91;添加CaCO3后,水苔的pH 值与对照相比均有提高,但随时间延长呈降低趋势.

Effects of Different Calcium Sources on Values of

EC and pH of Sphagnum Moss as Phalaenopsis Medium

AbstractIn oder to analysis the effects of different calcium sources on the values of EC and pH of sphagnum moss which was used as Phalaenopsis medium, the variety of Phalaenopsis ‘big chili’ was selected as the research materials in this study. The results showed that the EC value of clear water treatment decreased gradually with the prolongation of time, which dropped to 0.56 mS/cm from 0.92 mS/cm, while the EC value of normal management practices rose gradually, which rose to 1.30 mS/cm from 0.94 mS/cm. Adding CaO could intensify the EC value of the medium continuously with the treatment times increasing, which could reach to 1.35~1.38 mS/cm and showed a trend to be stable after the fourth time. While adding CaCO3 had no significant effects on the EC value compared with normal management treatment. The pH value of sphagnum moss in the control group decreased gradually with the prolongation of treatment time, and the pH value fell to 4.57 from 4.76 under the condition of clean water and came down to final 4.46 from 4.81 in normal management practices. Calcium addition could change the sphagnum moss pH value obviously which could rise to 4.88~4.91 from 4.74~4.77 with 200~600 times CaO treatment.The pH value of adding CaCO3 treatments were all higher than that of the control group, but showed decreasing trend with time.

水苔作為一种苔藓植物,持水孔隙度高达60.2%[1],具有独特的显微结构和优良的理化性能,因而具有良好的通气性和保水性[2].东亚地区蝴蝶兰生产中普遍采用水苔作为栽培基质,配合施用15-15-15的全价肥料,栽培效果尤为明显[3].然而,水苔本身的pH 值介于4.7~4.9之间[4],长期施用平均肥会导致铵态氮与硝态氮比例上升,经根系吸收后会置换出更多的H+,水苔pH值甚至能降至3.0~3.2,最终导致基质酸化腐败,不利于蝴蝶兰根系发育[5].而且,在酸性环境中,蝴蝶兰根系对钙元素的吸收受到抑制,不利于植株的整体发育,而施用石灰是改良酸性环境的一项传统措施[6].
