1.写作误区
（1）写作顺序混乱.由于书面表达的层次和条理不清,不能反映事物本身的逻辑顺序.
（2）人称时态错误.有的考生分不清说明文和记叙文,在写说明文时,使用第一人称和一般过去时.
（3）没有抓住事物的特征.说明文要把说明的对象说清楚,如果没有抓住事物的特征,就是没有揭示其本质.
2.应对策略
（1）合理安排好说明顺序.对于实体事物的建造过程、产品的生产过程、事物的演变过程等,往往按时间顺序来说明；对于实体事物的形状、构造,应按空间顺序来说明；介绍事物的性质、种类、功能和阐述事物的含义、原理、特点等,应按逻辑顺序来说明.
（2）把握好时态.写说明文时通常采用一般现在时态,用于强调客观事实.当然,如果说明的是人物、事物过去或将来的情况,则要用过去或将来的有关时态.
（3）要仔细观察,抓住事物的特征.说明事物,不仅要抓住其外部形态特征,更重要的是要抓住其本质特征,因为本质特征是区别于其他事物的标志.
