[摘 要] 目的 探讨中药扶正化瘀法薰洗治疗糖尿病下肢动脉血管病的临床效果. 方法 选取2016年该院收治的126例糖尿病下肢动脉血管病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,西医组患者采取常规治疗,中西医组患者在此基础上加用中药扶正化瘀法熏洗治疗,并比较不同组患者临床治疗效果. 结果 在治疗总有效率上（92.06% vs 79.37%）,中西医组患者明显高于西医组（P<0.05）；治疗后,中西医组和西医组患者ABI和临床症状评分显著优于治疗前（P<0.05）,而中西医组患者ABI和临床症状评分显著优于西医组（P<0.05）. 结论 中药扶正化瘀法薰洗不仅有助于提高糖尿病下肢动脉血管病患者临床疗效,同时还能改善其裸肱指数,其值得推广借鉴.

Observation on Curative Effect of Supplementing Healthy-qi and Dissolving Stasis Chinese Herbal Medicine Steaming-washing in Treatment of Diabetes Lower Extremity Arteries

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of supplementing healthy-qi and dissolving stasis Chinese herbal medicine steaming-washing in treatment of diabetes lower extremity arteries. Methods 126 cases of patients with diabetes lower extremity arteries admitted and treated in our hospital in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the western medicine group adopted the routine treatment, while the TCM group adopted the supplementing healthy-qi and dissolving stasis Chinese herbal medicine steaming-washing, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the combined group was obviously higher than that in the western medicine group（92.06% vs 79.37%）（P<0.05）, after treatment, the ABI and clinical symptom score in the two groups were obviously better than those before treatment（P<0.05）, and the ABI and clinical symptoms score in the combined group were obviously better than those in the western medicine group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The supplementing healthy-qi and dissolving stasis Chinese herbal medicine steaming-washing can not only improve the clinical curative effect of patients with diabetes lower extremity arteries and improve the naked brachial index, which is worth clinical promotion and reference.

糖尿病下肢血管病變是糖尿病大血管病变常见和多发的并发症,主要指糖尿病发生和发展期间下肢动脉不断狭窄或硬化引起肢体缺氧缺血、神经损伤和营养障碍等[1].糖尿病下肢动脉血管病的临床症状主要为肢体麻木、酸软无力、感觉异常、间歇性跛行以及静息痛,严重情况下出现下肢感染以及溃疡,甚至出现坏死截肢.该研究选取2016年收治的126例患者为研究对象,对中药扶正化瘀法薰洗治疗糖尿病下肢动脉血管病的临床效果进行探讨,旨在为糖尿病下肢动脉血管病的临床治疗提供参考意见,现报道如下.
