[摘 要] 目的 观察复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病肾脏病干预治疗效果.方法 选取2014年7月—2017年7月于该院进行治疗的56例早期糖尿病肾脏病患者作为研究资料,随机将患者分成两组,一组采用厄贝沙坦进行治疗,为常规组,另一组采用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,为观察组,每组28例患者,对 析两组患者的治疗疗效.结果 观察组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量为（162.6±15.3）mL,血清机酐为（93.5±8.3）μmol/L,血清清蛋白为（40.5±3.5）g/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为（8.6±2.3）mmol/L,其中24 h尿蛋白定量、血清清蛋白和餐后2 h血糖水平和常规组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,血清机酐与常规组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组的治疗有效率为92.86%（26例）,常规组的治疗有效率为67.86%（19例）,观察组治疗有效率高于常规组（P<0.05）.结论 复方丹参滴丸治疗早期糖尿病肾脏病可有效控制患者血糖水平、尿蛋白和清蛋白,提升治疗疗效,该药物可在早期糖尿病肾脏病的治疗中进行推广使用.

[Abstract] Objective To observe the treatment effect of compound danshen drop pills intervention in early diabetic kidney diseases. Methods 56 cases of patients with early diabetic kidney diseases treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each, the routine group were treated with irbesartan, while the observation group were treated with compound danshen drop pills, and the treatment curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the 24 h urine protein quantitation, serum anhydride, serum albumin and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level in the observation group were respectively （162.6±15.3）mL, （93.5±8.3）μmol/L, （40.5±3.5）g/L, （8.6±2.3）mmol/L, and the differences in the 24h urine protein quantitation, serum albumin and postprandial 2h blood glucose level between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）, and the difference in the serum anhydride between the two groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）, and the treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group[92.86%（26 case） vs 67.86%（19 case）]（P<0.05）. Conclusion The compound danshen drop pills intervention in early diabetic kidney diseases can effectively control the blood glucose level, urine protein and serum protein, and improve the treatment curative effect, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.

糖尿病是一種常见的疾病,这是一种由于胰岛素分泌异常所导致的血糖升高综合征,根据2015年流行病学调查显示,我国糖尿病患病人数约有9 240万[1].糖尿病常见于老年群体当中,其发病和年龄、环境、饮食等多种因素相关,目前还未研制出根治的特效药.糖尿病的治疗周期比较长,需要长期服药控制,一般在患病10年后会合并肾脏病,糖尿病肾脏病是致病患死亡的主要原因,因此,早期对该疾病的控制对于保障患者生存具有重要意义.该次,该院采用了复方丹参滴丸对2014年7月—2017年7月于该院进行治疗28例患者进行治疗,并和同期的28例病患进行对比,展示出了较好的治疗效果,现将具体内容报道如下.

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

选取于该院进行治疗的56例早期糖尿病肾脏病患者作为研究资料,随机将患者分成两组,一组为常规组,另一组为观察组,每组28例患者.常规组中男女患者分别有15例、13例,患者年龄56～80岁,平均年龄（67.4±2.4）岁,患者病程8～20年,平均病程（13.5±1.1）年；观察组中男女患者各有14例,患者年龄58～82岁,平均年龄（66.6±2.5）岁,患者病程8.5～21年,平均病程（13.5±1.6）年.所有患者及其家属均签署了治疗知情书,两组患者一般资料对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,可以进行比较.
