[摘 要] 目的 观察与探究CT输尿管重建在泌尿系结石诊断中的价值及意义. 方法 方便选取2014年3月—2017年3月期间于该院就诊及治疗的172例泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各有86例泌尿系结石患者,对对照组泌尿系结石患者给予静脉尿路造影检查,对观察组泌尿系结石患者给予CT输尿管重建,对比并分析两组泌尿系结石患者的总检出率和诊断满意度.结果 观察组泌尿系结石患者的总检出率96.51%与对照组泌尿系结石患者77.91%相对比,组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组泌尿系结石患者的诊断满意度95.35%与对照组泌尿系结石患者79.07%相对比,组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 在泌尿系结石诊断中应用CT输尿管重建的效果较好,具有重要诊断价值和意义.

Analysis of the Value and Significance of CT Ureteral Reconstruction in the Diagnosis of 86 Cases withUrinary Stones

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to observe and explore the value and significance of CT ureteral reconstruction in the diagnosis of urinary calculus. Methods 172 cases of urinary calculi patients from March 2014 to March 2017 treated in this hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table, with 86 patients in each group, urinary tract in patients of the control group were treated vein angiography examination, the observation group of urinary calculi with CT ureteral reconstruction, the total detection and satiaction of diagnosis of the two groups of patients with urinary calculi were convenient compared and analyzed. Results The total detection rate of urinary tract calculi in the observation group was 96.51% and that of the control group was 77.91%, differences were significant between groups （P<0.05）, the satisfaction of diagnosis in the observation group was 95.35%, and that of the control group was 79.07%, there was significant difference between groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of CT ureteral reconstruction examination in the diagnosis of urolithiasis is fine and it has important diagnostic value and significance.

泌尿系結石是发生在患者的泌尿系统相关部位的结石,泌尿系结石主要包括膀胱结石、输尿管结石、肾结石以及尿道结石,泌尿系结石在临床的治疗中比较常见,具有比较高的发病率,对泌尿系结石患者的机体健康带来严重的危害,对泌尿系结石患者的日常生活质量也产生严重的不良影响[1-2].该文方便选取2014年3月—2017年3月该院收治的172例泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象,针对CT输尿管重建在泌尿系结石诊断中的价值及意义给予一定的研究与探讨,现报道如下.
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
方便选择在该院接受治疗的172例泌尿系结石患者进行该研究,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组分别有86例患者.对照组中,男性患者有56例,女性患者有30例,患者的年龄区间为21～79岁,平均年龄为（44.26±1.37）岁；观察组中,男性患者有58例,女性患者有28例,患者的年龄区间为20～77岁,平均年龄为（44.28±1.40）岁.该次研究通过了*委员会的审核,所有纳入的泌尿系结石患者和患者家属对该次研究的内容都知情并同意,均自愿的参与该次研究,而且都已经签署了知情同意书.观察组和对照组泌尿系结石患者的性别比例、平均年龄、所患有疾病的类型与病情的程度等资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,可以对其进行对比以及分析.
