[摘 要] 目的 分析优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死患者临床护理中的应用价值.方法 方便选取2014年1月—2015年10月该院内科收治的65例老年性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,观察组33例给予优质护理,对照组32例给予神经内科常规护理.比较两组护理质量评分；出院后对研究对象随访1年,对比两组并发症情况及治疗结局.结果 观察组的护理质量评分为（90.4±5.8）分,明显高于对照组的（78.6±5.3）分（P<0.05）.随访1年,观察组的并发症率为15.1%,明显低于对照组50.0%（P<0.05）；观察组死亡率为9.1%,也明显低于对照组31.2%（P<0.05）.在治疗结局方面,观察组总有效率为84.8%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）. 结论 优质护理服务可提高老年性脑梗死患者护理质量、改善患者预后,值得在临床中实践和应用.

Analysis of Application Effect of Excellent Nursing Service in Nursing of Senile Patients with Cerebral Infarction

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of excellent nursing service in nursing of senile patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Convenient selection 65 cases of senile patients with cerebral infarction admitted and treated in the department of internal medicine from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group with 33 cases adopted the excellent nursing, while the control group with 32 cases adopted the routine nursing in the department of neurology, and the nursing quality score was compared between the two groups, and the research objects were followed up for 1 year, and the complication and treatment outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those n the control group[（90.4±5.8）scores, 84.8% vs （78.6±5.3）scores, 62.5%], and the complication rate and death rate in the observation group after 1-year follow-up in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（15.1%, 9.1% vs 50.0%, 31.2%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing service can improve the nursing quality and prognosis of senile patients with cerebral infarction, which is worth clinical practice and application.

近年來,我国脑梗死患病人数以每年8.7%的速度逐年递增[1],其中,60岁以上的老年人是脑梗死的高发人群[2],脑梗死可降低患者生活质量及自理能力,给家庭和社会带来巨大负担；此外,脑梗死也具有较高的致死率及致残率,严重威胁患者生命健康[3].有报报道指出,脑梗死的疗效及预后和临床护理质量密切相关[4].优质护理模式以患者为中心,可提升整体护理质量、更好地满足患者的身心需求.该研究方便选取2014年1月—2015年10月该院内科收治的65例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,笔者将优质护理服务运用于老年性脑梗死患者的临床护理工作中,取得了较为满意的效果,现报道如下.
