[摘 要] 目的 探析精细化管理在提高神经内科护理管理质量中的作用.方法 随机选取该院神经内科2015年12月—2016年11月期间收治的138例患者,将其作为该次研究对象并给予随机分组,其中对照组69例,采用常规护理管理,观察组69例,采用精细化管理.对两组患者护理质量进行对比.结果 在护理文书合格率、操作合格率、护理意外发生率、护理投诉率等各项护理质量指标上,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组护理满意度评分为（96.18±1.02）分,观察组为（98.22±1.00）分,观察组明显高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 通过为神经内科患者实施精细化管理,可显著提升护理人员的护理水平,提高患者护理满意度.

Analysis of Effect of Refined Management in Improving the Nursing Management Quality in the Department of Neurology

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of refined management in improving the nursing management quality in the department of neurology. Methods 138 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 69 cases in each, the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the routine nursing management and refined management, and the nursing quality was compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rate of nursing papers, operation qualified rate, incidence rate of nursing accidents, nursing compliant rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）, and the satisfactory degree score in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group[（96.18±1.02）points vs （98.22±1.00）points], and the difference between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion The refined management in the patients in the department of neurology can obviously improve the nursing level of nursing staff and improve the nursing satisfactory degree.

神經内科作为医院医疗服务工作中极为重要的一个科室,其患者多有病情复杂、发病危急以及治疗周期较长等特点,患者常伴有不同程度的功能障碍存在[1].由于该科室患者病情特殊,因此其对于护理工作的要求要相对更高[2].有研究指出[3],精细化护理管理作为一种新型护理管理模式,能够极大提升医疗机构的卫生服务能力,满足神经内科对临床护理质量的要求.故该次研究特选取该院神经内科2015年12月—2016年11月所收治的138例患者为对象,给予其随机分组管理,以了解精细化管理在其中的应用价值.现报道如下.
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
研究对象随机选取该院神经内科2015年12月—2016年11月期间收治的138例患者.采用随机数余数分组法将其分为两组.对照组：总计69例,男38例,女31例；年龄26～96岁,平均年龄（70.2±3.2）岁.观察组：总计69例,男37例,女32例；年龄27～97岁,平均年龄（70.5±3.0）岁.此两组患者在一般资料上差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.
同期参和护理工作的护理人员共计22名,20名为女性,名例为男性,年龄24～46岁,平均年龄（31.2±4.1）岁；其中护士11名,占50.00%,护师8名,占36.36%,主管护师2名,占9.09%,副主任护师1名,占4.55%；其中大专学历者7名,占31.82%,本科学历者9名,占40.91%,中专学历6名,占27.27%；另外在职参加学历教育7名,占31.82%.
