[摘 要] 目的 探讨研究免疫检验分析质量控制在临床免疫检验中的重要性,总结有针对性的质控措施.方法 以2015年1月—2016年1月在临床免疫检验中的管理情况及1 000例检验标本作为试验组,以2016年2月—2017年2月在临床免疫检验中的管理情况及1 000例检验标本作为对应组.对应组进行常规管理,试验组开展免疫检验分析质量控制干预.对比两组的临床免疫检验分析结果和病理结果的符合率,以及标本合格率和差错率.结果 相对于对应组,试验组临床免疫检验分析结果和病理结果的符合率以及标本合格率更高,差错率更低（P<0.05）.结论 在临床免疫检验中开展积极有效的免疫检验分析质量控制干预,可明显提高临床免疫检验分析结果和病理结果的符合率以及标本合格率,降低差错率,此结论值得引起临床免疫检验工作的重视.

Study and Research on Importance and Effective Measures of Immunoassay Test Analysis Quality Control in the Clinical Immunologic Test

[Abstract] Objective To study the importance of immunoassay test analysis quality control in the clinical immunologic test and summarize the targeted quality control measures. Methods The management condition in the clinical immunologic test and 1 000 cases of test samples from January 2015 to January 2016 were used as the test group, while the management condition in the clinical immunologic test and 1 000 cases of test samples from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the corresponding group, the corresponding group adopted the routine management, while the test group conducted the immunologic test analysis quality control intervention, and the coincidence rate of clinical immunologic test and pathological results, specimens qualified rate and error rate were compared between the two groups. Results The coincidence rate of clinical immunologic test and pathological results and specimens qualified rate in the test group were higher than those in the corresponding group, and the error rate was lower than that in the corresponding group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The development of active and effective immunologic test analysis quality control intervention in the clinical immunologic test can obviously improve the coincidence rate of clinical immunologic test and pathological results, specimens qualified rate and reduce the error rate, which is worth attention.

目前,我国的医疗技术具有较大的发展,免疫检验技术水平同时也在不断的提升,人们对临床检验质量也提出更多的要求.在开展免疫检验时,质量控制成为其中非常重要的组成部分.而目前存在的实际现状是不少免疫检验分析前的质量控制在检测流程上较为薄弱,检验仪器精度偏低,因为检验人员操作水平和患者自身的原因而造成检验结果出现较多的差错,影响了临床诊断和治疗.为有效降低临床免疫检验中的误诊率和漏诊率,就需要采用积极有效的措施,从而提升检验结果的准确性,为临床疾病的诊断提供可靠依据[1].该次研究就免疫检验分析质量控制在临床免疫检验中的重要性和有效措施进行探究,相关内容如下.
