摘 要 目的：探討电话随访对老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理的影响.方法：选择2015年5月至2016年9月入住上海市静安老年医院老年康复科的老年2型糖尿病患者120例,根据入院先后编号,按奇偶数随机分为试验组和对照组各60例.试验组平均年龄（72.3±7.5）岁,对照组平均年龄（73.2±8.2）岁.住院期间对两组患者均进行常规的健康教育；出院后只对试验组患者进行电话随访,重点是糖尿病基础知识的掌握程度、饮食、运动和血糖的控制情况等.三个月后,比较两组患者的自我管理水平和血糖控制情况.结果：干预后,试验组患者的自我管理水平和对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；试验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、和糖化血红蛋白的平均水平均低于对照组（P<0.01）.结论：采用出院后电话回访能改善老年2型糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,提高糖尿病患者的血糖控制水平.

Impact of telephone follow-up on self-management in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the influence of telephone follow-up on self-management in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： From May 2015 to September 2016 120 elderly cases of type 2 diabetes in the Geriatric Rehabilitation Department of Geriatric Hospital of Jingan in Shanghai were selected, and according to the number of admission and the odd even number they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 60 in each group. The average age of the experimental group was （72.3±7.5） years, and the average age of the control group was （73.2±8.2） years. During the period of hospitalization, the patients of the two groups were given routine health education. After discharge, only the patients in the experimental group were followed up by telephone. The emphasis was on the mastery of basic knowledge of diabetes, diet, exercise and control of blood sugar. After three months, the self-management level and blood glucose control of the two groups were compared. Results： After intervention, the self-management level of the experimental group was statistically significant compared with the control group（P<0.01）. The average levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.01）. Conclusion： The use of telephone follow-up after discharge can improve the self-management ability of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and improve the level of blood glucose control in diabetic patients.
