摘 要 目的：分析前列腺电切术后出血等并发症的有效护理措施及效果.方法：收集2015年12月至2016年12月接受前列腺电切术治疗患者42例,根据随机分配方案分为对照组（21例）和观察组（21例）,对照组接受常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,包括心理护理、环境护理、管道护理及生活护理等.观察两组术后并发症的发生率.结果：观察组术后出现膀胱尿道刺激征1例,并发症发生率为4.76%,对照组中出现下肢静脉血栓2例,膀胱尿道刺激征2例,继发性出血3例,并发症发生率为33.33%,组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论：围术期的优质护理能显著降低术后并发症的发生风险,尤其是术后出血,值得推广应用.

Effect of high quality care in the prevention of complications after transurethral resection of prostate

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the effective nursing measures and effect on bleeding and other complications after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods： From December 2015 to December 2016, 42 patients treated with transurethral resection of prostate were collected and according to the random allocation were divided into a control group （21 cases） and an observation group （21 cases）. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with high quality care, including psychological care, environmental care, pipe care and life care. The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was observed. Results： There was 1 case of bladder urethral irritation and the complication rate was 4.76% in the observation group, in the control group, there were 2 cases of venous thrombosis in the lower extremities, 2 cases of urinary bladder irritation and 3 cases of secondary bleeding, the complication rate was 33.33%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Perioperative high quality care can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative complications, especially the incidence of postoperative bleeding, which is worthy of popularization and application.

有报道我国男性尤其是老年人群的前列腺增生及前列腺肿瘤的发病率日趋增高,而前列腺电切术是干预以上疾病的主要方式[1].该手术是在内镜直视下通过高频电切原理将患者增生的前列腺组织进行切除,具有创口小、手术时间短、术后恢复快等优势,并成为前列腺增生疾病治疗的“金标准”[2-3].值得注意的是,由于大部分患者为老年人,其自身的基础疾病较多,通常合并高血压、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病、冠心病等疾病,因此对手术的耐受性差,且术后出血已经成为前列腺电切术后的主要并发症之一,为了保证手术效果,相关护理配合十分重要[4-5].本文报道对接受前列腺电切术患者采用优质护理的效果.
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2015年12月至2016年12月在丰城市人民医院泌尿外科接受前列腺电切术治疗患者42例,根据随机分配方案分为对照组和观察组各21例.对照组患者年龄56～76岁,平均（68.3±3.6）岁,5例合并尿路感染,2例合并膀胱结石.观察组患者年龄55～75岁,平均（68.4±3.5）岁,4例合并尿路感染,1例合并膀胱结石.两组基线资料相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.研究遵循的程序均符合相关*学标准,并通过院*委员会审核,患者及其家属均知情同意.
