[摘 要] 目的 探析优质护理服务在促进妊娠期糖尿病患者术后腹部切口恢复中的效果. 方法 抽取该院2016年4月—2017年4月所收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者62例作为研究对象,按就诊前后顺序分成优质组和参照组；参照组采取常规护理服务措施,优质组采取优质护理服务；比较两组患者术后腹部切口恢復情况. 结果 就甲级愈合率而言,优质组（93.5%）明显高于参照组（77.4%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2等于3.225,P<0.05）；优质组患者的肛门排气时间、下床时间以及住院时间等均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施优质护理服务,效果显著,可促进腹部切口的恢复,值得在临床上大力推广.

Effect of Excellent Nursing Services on the Abdominal Incision Recovery of Patients with Gestational Diabetes after Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of excellent nursing services on the abdominal incision recovery of patients with gestational diabetes after surgery. Methods 62 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the diagnosis order, the control group adopted the routine nursing service measures, while the excellent group adopted the excellent nursing services, and the abdominal incision recovery was compared between the two groups after surgery. Results The level A healing rate in the excellent group was obviously higher than that in the control group, （93.5% vs 77.4%）, and the difference was obvious （χ2等于3.225, P<0.05）, and the anus exhaust time, time to get out of bed and length of stay in the excellent group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation effect of excellent nursing service in patients with gestational diabetes is obvious, which can promote the recovery of abdominal incision, and it is worth great promotion in clinic.

妊娠期糖尿病是一种高危妊娠病症,其指的是女性在妊娠后出现糖尿病,亦或者是初次发现患有糖尿病.孕产妇一旦患有妊娠期糖尿病,将对产妇及胎儿造成极大影响,如早产、巨大儿等[1].因此,对妊娠期糖尿病患者,尤其是实施剖宫产手术的患者,应采取积极有效的护理措施,避免切口愈合不佳、切口感染的发生,以保证患者及胎儿的安全.现为了解优质护理服务在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的运用价值,该案将对该院2016年4月—2017年4月所收治的31例妊娠期糖尿病患者予以优质护理服务,现报道如下.
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
抽取该院所收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者62例作为研究对象,所有患者均经诊断确诊为妊娠期糖尿病,且均实施剖宫产手术.按就诊前后顺序,将所有患者平均分成两组,分别是优质组和参照组.优质组31例,年龄区间25～36岁,平均（30.1±1.9）岁；孕周在36～41周之间,平均孕周为（39.4±1.2）周；18例为初产妇,13例为经产妇.参照组31例,年龄区间22～34岁,平均（29.8±1.6）岁；孕周在37～40周之间,平均孕周为（39.0±1.7）周；20例为初产妇,11例为经产妇.两组患者在临床基础性资料,如年龄、孕周以及孕次等的比较上,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,存在可比性.
