【摘 要】目的探讨安全有效的核对技术,提高工作效率,保证患者诊疗用药安全.方法选择2012年1月～2013年12月在儿科住院的100名支气管肺炎患儿作为对照组,2014年1月～2015年12月在儿科住院的99名支气管肺炎患儿作为实验组.对照组采用传统的查对方式,实验组在医嘱转录、患者身份核对、静脉输液、口服药发放、皮试、输血等护理操作环节中使用条形码技术进行“三查七对”.对比两组护理不良事件发生率、护士完成单份医嘱时间及治疗单签名时间以及患者家属对护士工作满意度.结果两组总护理不良事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）,实验组发生率显著低于对照组.应用条形码技术后护士完成单份医嘱核对时间和护士完成单病人执行单签名时间明显缩短（P<0.001）.实验组患者家属对护士工作的满意度高于对照组（P<0.001）.结论在儿科病区使用条形码核对技术能减少护理不良事件发生率、节省护士工作时间、提高护士工作效率,同时增加患者满意度,值得临床病房借鉴推广.

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore safe and effective verification technology to improve work efficiency and ensure the safety of patients in clinical medication and diagnosis.Methods100 children with bronchopneumonia who hospitalized in department of pediatrics from January,2012 to December,2013 were chosen as control group,and 99 children with bronchopneumonia who hospitalized in department of pediatrics from January,2014 to December,2015 were chosen as experimental group.The control group were given traditional check method,and the experimental group were given bar code technology to undergo“three inspections and seven verifications”in nursing operation such as doctor’s advice transcription,patient identification,intrenous infusion,distribution of oral medications,skin test and blood tranusion,etc.The incidence of nursing adverse events,the time of completion of a single doctor’s orders and single signature of treatment among nurses as well as the satiaction degree of nursing in patients’family members were compared.ResultsDifference of the total incidence of nursing adverse events in the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.001）,and the incidence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.After the application of bar code technology,the time of completion of a single doctor’s orders and single signature of treatment among nurses were significantly shorter（P<0.001）.In addition,after the use of bar code technology,the satisfaction degree of nursing in patients’family members in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.001）.ConclusionBar code check technology in pediatric ward can reduce the incidence of adverse events,nurses’work time,improve nurses’work efficiency and increase patients’satisfaction,so it is worth popularizing and popularizing in clinical ward.

條形码技术具有安全、高效等特点,被广泛应用于国内外医疗行业各个部门.美国医学信息协会研究发现,将条形码技术应用于医疗工作,患者身份识别等方面的错误可以减少54%～87%[1].国内不少医院在开展静脉药物集中调配过程中（PIVAS）应用条形码技术在保证合理、安全用药方面的作用做到到了证实,受到了广大医护人员的欢迎[2].然而条形码扫描技术在病房的护理工作中应用较少,特别是在儿科病房应用的报道少见.儿科多数患儿无自主能力,不能清晰表达,陪护人员多且不固定,病情变化大,临时医嘱多等,加上儿科护理工作繁琐,护理核对工作难度较大.为了探索安全有效的核对技术,提高工作效率,保证诊疗用药安全,我院儿科病区将条形码技术应用到日常护理工作中,取做到了一定的效果.现报告如下.
