摘 要 为了解甘蔗新品系、新材料在陇川旱地水田的丰产性及稳产性,加快优良甘蔗新品系在生产上的推广应用,在陇川4个乡镇的旱坡地和水田对云瑞09-315和云瑞07-1433两个甘蔗新品系开展多点筛选试验.结果表明:在陇川的水田、旱坡地,云瑞07-1433的平均蔗茎产量、产糖量显著高于双对照,平均蔗茎产量、产糖量高稳系数都超过双对照,蔗茎产量的变异系数介于双对照之间,产糖量的变异系数均低于双对照,说明云瑞07-1433对水田和旱地的丰产性好、适应性广,产糖量受环境影响相对较小;云瑞09-315在旱地蔗茎产量和对照粤糖93-159(CK2)的差异显著,其平均蔗莖产量、产糖量在水田的高稳系数都超过双对照,平均蔗茎产量在旱坡地介于双对照之间,蔗茎产量的变异系数介于双对照之间,产糖量的变异系数都低于双对照,说明其适合水田种植.

High and Stable Yield Analysis of Two Yun-rui Varieties

in Longchuan Dry Paddy Sugarcane Area of Yunnan

Abstract In order to understand the productivity and stability of new sugarcane lines and new materials in dry rice field in Longchuan, and to accelerate the popularization of new sugarcane lines in production, a multi-point screening test was conducted in dry sloping upland field and paddy field in 4 townships of Longchuan, Yunnan Province. The results showed that the average cane yield and sugar yield of Yun Rui 07-1433 were significantly higher than those of the two controls, and the average high and stable coefficients of cane yield and sugar yield were also higher than those of the controls. The variation coefficient of sugar yield was lower than the controls. These results proved the adaptability of Yun Rui 07-1433 was good for both paddy field and dry land, and sugar yield showed relatively lower environmental effect. The difference of cane yield was significant between Yun Rui 07-1433 and the control 2(CK2)Yurtang 93-159 in dry land, and its average cane yield and sugar yield and their high and stable coefficients were more in Yun Rui 07-1433 than the two controls in paddy field, the average cane yield was between the two controls, the cane yieldand its variation coefficient of Yun Rui 07-1433 in upland field was between the two controls, indicating that it was suitable for dry paddy field.

云瑞09-315和云瑞07-1433是云南省农业科学院甘蔗研究所瑞丽育种站选育的优良甘蔗品系.云瑞09-315以CL69-52为母本,云瑞05-285为父本选配杂交选育的;云瑞07-1433的母本是云瑞99-159,父本是L75-20,该材料于2014年上报国家农作物品种审定委员会(甘蔗)鉴定,目前还在审核阶段 .云瑞07-1433生长迅速,植株高大、中大茎,耐瘠薄、抗干旱、适应性广,丰产性、稳产性较好;云瑞09-135中大茎、株型直立紧凑,抗干旱、适应水田种植,丰产性、稳产性中等.为了加快甘蔗新良种的储备及推广应用,2015年3月至2016年4月,云南省农业科学院甘蔗研究所瑞丽育种站联合德宏英茂在陇川的章凤、城子、景罕、陇把等4个乡镇的旱地和水田蔗区,对云瑞07-1433和云瑞09-315进行了多点试验,综合考察其在当地的适应性、丰产性及稳产性,以期为陇川蔗区甘蔗新良种的推广应用提供依据.
