[摘 要] 目的 研究還原型谷胱甘肽治疗病毒性肝炎的临床应用意义.方法 方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年3月病毒性肝炎患者116例,随机分两组.常规组采用常规抗病 物、护肝药物进行治疗,干预组在常规组基础上采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗.比较两组患者病毒性肝炎治疗总有效率；疗效达到显效用药时间；治疗前和治疗后患者肝功能相关指标值的差异.结果 干预组患者病毒性肝炎治疗总有效率96.55%高于常规组87.50%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预组疗效达到显效用药时间（17.51±1.41）d短于常规组（27.39±2.77）d,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前两组肝功能相关指标值比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后干预组肝功能相关指标值改善幅度更大,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 还原型谷胱甘肽治疗病毒性肝炎的临床应用效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进其肝功能的恢复,缩短治疗时间,值得推广应用.

Study on Clinical Application Significance of Reduced Glutathione Hormone in Treatment of Virus Hepatitis

[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical application significance of reduced glutathione hormone in treatment of virus hepatitis. Methods Convenient selection 116 cases of patients with virus hepatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, the routine group adopted the routine drug and liver protection drug, while the intervention group adopted the educed glutathione hormone on the basis of the routine treatment, and the total effective rate of virus hepatitis was compared between the two groups, and the curative effect reached the markedly effective medication time, and the difference in the liver function related indexes before and after treatment was observed. Results The total effective rate of virus hepatitis in the intervention group was higher than that in the routine group,（96.55% vs 87.50%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）, and the reach time in the intervention group was shorter than that in the routine group, [（17.51±1.41）d vs （27.39±2.77）d], and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）, the difference in the liver function related index value between the two groups had no statistical significance before treatment, （P>0.05）, and after treatment, the improvement range of liver function related index value was greater（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application effect of reduced glutathione hormone in treatment of virus hepatitis is definite, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the recovery of liver function and shorten the treatment time, which is worth promotion and application.
