[摘 要] 该文从医院神经内科护理管理模式,各层级员工的岗位职责等几个方面对分层级护理管理模式进行介绍并阐述其优势.模式设计上,主要是立足于病区的实际,参照护理人员的职称、工作能力、学历等指标,将护理人员划分成护士长、护理组长和责任护士3层,护士长全方位地统筹安排病房的护理工作,护理组长需完成本职工作、全方位管理该班组的护理工作,责任护士接受组长的指导,客观、准确地评估患者的病情、制订行之有效的护理计划、评估护理的效果.神经内科层级护理可以优化护理人员结构,进行有效分层,构建护理管理制度,规范标准、对各级岗位职责予以明确和细分,健全护理人员的绩效考核评价体系.同时神经内科层级护理,还可以提升医生、患者、家属对护士的满意度.也可以提高护理人员和医生的契合程度,使护理人员不断提升护理水平.

[Abstract] The main features in the department of neurology are the most critical ill patients and most diseases, therefore, we should constantly improve the operation ability of nursing staff, enhance the professional knowledge storage and optimize the nursing model in the department of neurology, in terms of mode design, we should be based on the practical conditions of ward and refer to the title of nursing staff, work capability and academic level, and the nursing staff are divided into the head nurses, nursing team leader and primary nurse, and the head nurses should comprehensively arrange the nursing work of ward, the nursing team leaders should complete the basic work and comprehensively manage the nursing work and the primary nurses should accept the guidance of team leaders thus objectively and accurately evaluating the disease of patients, making the feasible nursing plan and evaluating the nursing effect, and the hierarchical nursing in the department of neurology can optimize the nursing staff structure, construct the nursing management system, definite and divide various duty responsibilities and improve the performance examination evaluation system of nursing staff, at the same time, it can also improve the satisfactory degree of doctors, patients and family to the nurses and improve the cooperation degree of nursing staff and doctors thus constantly improving the nursing level of nursing staff.

神經内科的主要特征是危重患者多、疑难杂症多,增加诸多治疗、护理任务;要不断提升护理人员的操作能力、增强其专业知识储备,优化神经内科护理模式,和患者的需求相适应,从而为患者提供更加优质的护理服务.合理配置护理人员、实现管理的层次化和科学化,可以提升患者和医生对护理人员的满意度.实施层级全责一体化的护理模式之后,护士在工作的过程中,身心愉悦,畅通沟通和患者交流的渠道,增长学习兴趣,不断地提升自身的能力.因此在神经内科中,要优化层级全责护理模式,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,提高护理人员和医生的契合程度,使护理人员不断提升护理水平.

1 神经内科分层护理管理模式设计

护理人员分层:立足于病区的实际,参照护理人员的职称、工作能力、学历等指标,将其科学地划分为3层:第1层,护士长,具备主管护师级别以上的职称、学历要求护理专业大专及以上,拥有扎实的护理知识储备和丰富的临床经验,护理技术熟练,责任心和沟通协调能力强.第2层,护理组长,具备大专以上学历和主管护师或护师的职称,需要在神经内科的工作时间超过8年,具有极强的责任心、沟通能力和丰富的知识储备.第3层,责任护士,需要是注册护士,具备极强的责任心.除了护士长之外,把护士们有效分为护理大组和小组,组长管理各个责任护士.
