[摘 要] 目的 比較CT检查和普放检查诊断肺部孤立性球形病变的应用效果. 方法 方便选取该院2014年2月—2016年12月期间收治的130例肺部孤立性球形病变患者作为研究对象,分别对该组患者实施X线检查和CT检查,以病理结果为金标准,对比CT检查和普放检查诊断肺部孤立性球形病变的准确率以及各病理类型的检出率.结果 2种诊断方法均检出肺部良性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤、肺结核及炎性病变,CT检查的肺部恶性肿瘤检出率为13.85%、肺结核检出率为18.46%,较X线检查的6.92%、12.31%高（P<0.05）,肺部良性肿瘤检出率为21.54%、炎性病变检出率为45.38%,与X线检查的25.39%、48.46%比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.CT检查诊断肺部孤立性球形病变的准确率为98.40%,和X线检查的75.38%比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 与X线检查比较,CT检查诊断肺部孤立性球形病变所具有的应用优势更明显,尤其是在肺部恶性肿瘤和肺结核的临床诊断方面,有利于实现这些疾病早期诊断和治疗

Comparative Analysis of CT and X-ray in the Diagnosis of Solitary Spheroplasty in the Lung

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to compare CT and popliteal examination of lung solitary spherical lesions of the application results. Methods 130 cases of patients with solitary pulmonary disease isolated from the lung included in this hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were conveniently selected as the object of study, respectively the implementation of X-ray examination and CT examination in this group of patients with pathological results as the gold standard contrast CT examination and general diagnostic accuracy of the diagnosis of isolated solitary pulmonary lesions and the detection rate of each pathological type. Results Two kinds of diagnostic methods were detected in benign lung tumors, malignant tumors, tuberculosis and inflammatory lesions, CT examination of lung cancer detection rate was 13.85%, tuberculosis detection rate was 18.46%, compared with X-ray examination of 6.92%, 12.31% （P<0.05）. The positive rate of lung benign tumor was 21.54%, the positive rate of inflammatory lesions was 45.38%, which was not significantly different from that of X-ray examination 25.39%, 48.46%（P>0.05）. The accuracy of CT examination in the diagnosis of isolated solitary pulmonary lesions was 98.40%, which was significantly different from that of X-ray examination （75.38%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the X-ray examination, CT examination of lung solitary spheroplasty has the advantages of more obvious advantages, especially in the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary malignancies and tuberculosis, is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment of these diseases
