[摘 要] 目的 对五常法在手术室管理中的应用价值进行评价分析,为今后的卫生管理工作,提供有价值的参考依据.方法 选择2015年1月—2016年12月为研究时间段,2015年1—12月间设定为对照组,对其实施手术室常规管理,2016年1—12月间设定为观察组,在“五常法”基础上实施规范化管理,对两组手术室管理效果进行对 析.结果 观察组在实施“五常法”后,仪器、物品准备完好率较实施前得到明显改善（P<0.05）；补充物品、取用物品所需时间较对照组发生显著缩短（P<0.05）；医生对手术室医务人员的满意度较对照组发生显著提升（P<0.05）.结论 在手术室管理过程中,五常法的应用可以使手术室管理人员的意识得到提高,护理质量、工作效率也明显提升,使手术室服务品质得到保障,值得关注.

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate and analyze the application value of "5S" managing method in the management in the operating room and provide valuable reference for the future hygiene management work. Methods Choose from January 2015 to December 2016 as the research period,The control group used the routine management in the operation room from January to December 2015, while the observation group used the 5S managing method from January to December 2016 on the basis of the control group, and the management effect in the operation room was compared between the two groups. Results After the 5S managing method, the preparation readiness rate of instrument and materials were obviously improved compared with that before implementation in the observation group（P<0.05）, and the time to supplement and take articles in the observation group were obviously shortened compared with that in the control group（P<0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of doctors to the medical staff in the operation room was obviously improved compared with that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of 5S managing method in the management in the operation room can improve the awareness of management staff in the operation room, obviously improve the nursing quality and work efficacy and ensure the service quality in the operation room and it is worth attention.

手术室是医院的核心,对无菌操作要求十分严格,因手术的劳动强度、精神压力非常巨大,物品管理等细节方面会很容易被忽视,譬如说物品摆放不规整等,对手术操作会造成一定程度的影响,因此物品规范化管理为核心的五常法,在医院手术室被逐渐广泛应用.该次研究中,以对五常法在手术室管理中的应用价值进行评价分析为目的,探讨2015年1月—2016年12月间实施五常法管理前后的手术室管理工作效果,现汇报如下.
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
研究对象为该院手术室护理人员,共计选择32名作为研究对象,所有护理人员从业时间均在6个月以上,拥有护理职业资格证书.所有护理人员均为女性,年龄在20～51岁之间,平均（29.8±11.2）岁,工龄1～27年,平均（6.2±1.7）年,研究对象学历为本科者11名,大专者15名,中专者6名.所有受试者均自愿接受该次研究,并签署了知情同意书.
1.2 方法
1.2.1 研究方法 选择2015年1月—2016年12月这段时间作为研究时间段,2015年1—12月间设定为对照组,对其实施手术室常规管理,2016年1—12月间设定为观察组,在“五常法”基础上实施规范化管理,对两组手术室管理效果进行对 析.
1.2.2 手术室管理办法 2016年1月开始实施五常法手术室管理,定义为观察组,具体措施包括：①“五常法”知识学习,在科室中,成立手术室管理小组,对护理人员展开“五常法”相关知识的培训,将“五常法”相关内容在手术室显眼位置进行张贴宣传,是护理人员对“五常法”的认识得到显著提升[1]；② 科学制定手术室管理工作内容.手术室管理小组以护理工作实际情况为依据,制定有针对性的护理内容,制定护理人员工作标准,在科室开展“五常法”,定期对护理工作进行检查,实施必要的、合理的奖惩制度；③ 护理小组对科室的护理质量每周进行评定,对护理问题进行总结分析,并提出针对性的整改措施[2-3].
