Weather permitting （等于If weather permits）,they will go on an outing to the beachtomorrow.如果天气允许的话,他们将在明天组织一次海滨小游.（permit是其逻辑主语weather发出的动作,所以用现在分词.）再例如： 1.It being noisy,she couldn"t makeherself heard clearly.
