[摘 要] 目的 研究护理干预对心脑血管疾病患者生存质量的影响.方法 该次研究方便选取的研究对象为2015年6月—2017年6月收治的心脑血管疾病患者,将104例患者计算机随机分为2组,52例/组.将实施常规护理干预的患者纳入对照组,将采用综合护理干预的患者设为观察组.将两组心脑血管疾病患者的Barthel指数评分、生存质量、护理满意度进行比对.结果 观察组心脑血管疾病患者护理后的Barthel指数评分（67.54±12.61）分和护理满意度（94.23%）均高于对照组患者（P<0.05）,观察组心脑血管疾病患者的整体健康（79.32±10.05）分、社会功能（82.64±9.27）分、生理机能（69.37±10.26）分、体能影响（49.92±10.14）分、軀体疼痛（43.87±6.33）分、情感影响（75.39±9.87）分、情感状态（83.71±9.25）分、精力（80.95±8.69）分8项生存质量指标明显更优（P<0.05）.结论 对心脑血管疾病患者实施护理干预能够促进其日常生活活动能力和生存质量的改善,患者的满意度较高,临床推广应用价值高.

Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The subjects convenient selected for this study were patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who were admitted from June 2015 to June 2017. The 104 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 52 patients in each group. Patients who underwent routine nursing interventions were included in the control group, and patients using the integrated care intervention were included in the observation group. Barthel index scores, quality of life and nursing satiaction of two groups of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were compared. Results The Barthel index score（67.54±12.61）points and nursing satiaction（94.23%） in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）, and the overall health of the patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the observation group （79.32±10.05）points, social function （82.64±9.27）points, physiological function （69.37±10.26）points, physical fitness （49.92±10.14）points, somatic pain （43.87±6.33）points, emotional impact （75.39±9.87）points, emotional state （83.71±9.25）points and energy （80.95±8.69）points were significantly better （P<0.05）. Conclusion Care intervention in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can promote their activities of daily living and improve the quality of life, patients with higher satisfaction, clinical application of high value.
