[摘 要] 目的 分析股骨近端鎖定钢板对股骨转间骨折的治疗价值.方法 方便选择该院自2015年8月—2016年7月期间收治的股骨转间骨折患者62例,依据治疗方法差异性均分两组,实施股骨近端髓内钉治疗的31例患者为参照组,实施股骨近端锁定钢板治疗的31例患者为实验组,比对治疗效果. 结果 通过对患者实施不同方法治疗后,实验组患者的功能恢复优良率（93.5%）和参照组患者的功能恢复优良率（71.0%）进行比对,组间数据统计后差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.比对两组股骨转间骨折患者的围术期指标,实验组手术用时（49.23±10.12）min、术中出血量（120.86±10.12）mL、平均愈合时间（9.9±2.20）周同参照组术用时（50.51±8.82）min、术中出血量（121.23±11.23）mL、平均愈合时间（10.3±3.50）周进行比对,组间数据统计后差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.另外,从并发症发生率来看,实验组（6.5%）同参照组（25.8%）进行比对明显较低,组间数据结果经统计后差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 股骨转间骨折予以股骨近端髓内钉治疗和股骨近端锁定钢板治疗,临床效果类似,可合理选择.

Value of Proximal Femoral Locking Plate in Treatment of Femoral Fracture

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the therapeutic value of proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of femoral fracture. Methods 62 cases of femoral fractures admitted in this hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were conveniently selected and equally divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, 31 patients with proximal femoral nail were regarded as the reference group, and 31 patients with femoral proximal locking plate were regarded as the experimental group, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment with different methods, the excellent rate of functional recovery in the experimental group was 93.5%, compared with that of the control group of 71.0%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The peri-operative index of the two groups were compared, the operation time in the experimental group was （49.23±10.12） minutes, intraoperative blood loss was （120.86±10.12） mL, and the average healing time was （9.9±2.20） weeks, and those of the reference group was （50.51±8.82） minutes, （121.23±11.23） mL, （10.3±3.50） weeks, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P>0.05）. In addition, the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group of 6.5% than in the reference group of 25.8%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of femoral fracture to the proximal femoral nail treatment and proximal femoral locking plate treatment is similar, which can be rationally chosen.
