[摘 要] 目的 研究对结直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术手术室整体护理和配合措施的效果.方法 样本为随机选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月间收治的100例结直肠癌患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例对比护理效果.结果 观察组患者和对照组患者手术时间、住院时间、腹胀持续时间、肛门排气时间、胃动素含量、胃泌素含量、并发症发生率、术中出血量、护理满意率组间差异有统计学意义,其中观察组较为优异（P<0.05）,观察组患者并发症发生率（4.0%）低于对照组患者（30.0%）（P<0.05）.观察组患者满意率为98.0%.而对照组患者满意率为72.0%,两组患者满意度差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 该次研究证明,对结直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗有利于提高手术质量,改善患者胃肠功能,可作为临床首选治疗方法推广.

Comprehensive Nursing and Coordination Measures in the Operation Room for Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the effect of overall nursing and coordination measures in the operation room for colorectal cancer patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods 100 cases of colorectal cancer treated in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group, compared with the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Observation group of patients and the control group patients with operation time, length of hospital stay, duration of abdominal distension, anal exhaust time, gastric dynamic content, gastric secrete element content, complication rates, intraoperative blood loss, nursing satisfaction rate differences between groups was statistically significant, which the more excellent observation group（P<0.05）, the complication rate of observation group of patients （4.0%） is lower than the control group patients （30.0%）（P<0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.0%. The satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 72.0%, and the difference of satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical resection for colorectal cancer is helpful for improving the quality of operation and improving gastrointestinal function. It can be used as a preferred treatment in clinical practice.

結直肠癌属于一种恶性肿瘤,在我国医学病例上十分常见,在传统的治疗方法当中一般使用开放性手术进行治疗[1],但其治疗效果以及后期的恢复效果不太理想,随着医学领域的不断进步,如今对于结直肠癌患者的常用治疗方法改变为腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术两种,对患者创伤较小,预后效果好.根据临床文献表明,腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的预后效果预期护理措施有着紧密的联系.该次研究对该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的100例结直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后采用不同护理方案,探究手术室整体护理和配合措施的应用意义,现报道如下.
