[摘 要] 目的 该实验的课题主要探讨增强普外科医院的感染管理,提高医疗护理的具体策略.方法 根据国外普外科医院中的预防感染管理制度和护理模式,根据实际情况对该院的感染管理和医疗护理进行改善.并建立相应的管理组织,完善医院感染管理中的各项制度规范,提高医护人员预防感染的意識.结果 采取相应的加强管理措施前,普外科医院的大部分规章制度还不够完善,医护人员不能严格按照规范来进行工作,同时,部门之间的协调性不够.在实施相应的改革措施后,医院中大部分医疗人员均能够按照标准规范进行工作,自身的知识水平和预防医院感染的意识也有所提高,有效控制了普外科医院感染的发生率.结论 普外科的医院感染管理是一项重要的环节,必须要采取相应的措施加强感染管理,提高医疗护理的质量.

Research on Enhancing the Hospital Infection Management and Improving the Medical Nursing Quality in the Department of General Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To study the specific strategies of enhancing the hospital infection management and improving the medical nursing quality in the department of general surgery. Methods The infection management and medical nursing were improved according to the prevention and infection management system and nursing model in the department of general surgery in the hospital abroad and practical conditions , and the corresponding management organizations was established, and various systems and norms in the hospital were improved thus improving the awareness of preventing infection of medical staff. Results Most regulations in the department of general surgery in the hospital were not improved before using the corresponding management measures, and the medical staff failed to work in line with the norms, at the same time, the coordination of each department was insufficient. After the implementation of corresponding reform measures, most medical staff in the hospital can work in line with the standards thus improving their own knowledge levels and awareness of preventing the hospital infection and effectively controlling the incidence rate of hospital infection in the department of general surgery. Conclusion The hospital infection management in the department of general surgery is an important link, and we must use the corresponding measures to enhance the infection management and improve the medical nursing quality.

由于普外科医院的特殊性,使得患者在院中很容易出现感染的现象,而感染现象的发生不但影响了患者的治疗效果,同时也降低了患者的康复效果.因此,普外科医院的感染管理和护理工作就显得尤为重要.普外科医院必须要加强对于医院感染的管理,以达到预防感染的目的,同时还需要不断提高护理工作的质量,增加护理的效果,促进患者的早日康复[1].该文主要根据现阶段普外科医院感染管理中存在的问题,针对其中的问题做出相应的改善措施,以此来加强普外科医院感染管理,提高医疗护理治疗.
