[摘 要] 目的 探究讨论护理风险管理在ICU护理管理中的应用价值.方法 回顾研究2015年9月—2016年9月在该院ICU病房工作的护理人员15名及ICU收治的40例患者的病例资料.对所有15名护理人员采用护理风险管理模式,管理结束之后,运用护士知信行问卷（KAP）形式进行护理风险管理前后调查,分析风险管理前后40例ICU病房患者发生护理风险事件的概率、呼吸机相关肺炎发生率、护理的投诉率以及患者和其家属对护理服务的满意度.结果 在进行护理风险管理之后,40例患者的护理风险事件的发生率（5%）、呼吸机相关肺炎发生率（5%）及护理投诉率（7.5%）均低于风险管理前的事件发生率（45%）、呼吸机相关肺炎发生率（40%）和护理投诉率（47.5%）,两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患者及其家属对护理风险管理后的护理服务的满意度明显高于管理前二者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 在ICU护理管理中应用护理风险管理效果明显,有利于提高患者对护理服务的满意度,改善护患关系,值得推广应用.

[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of nursing risk management in the ICU nursing management. Methods 15 cases of nursing staff in ICU ward in our hospital and 40 cases of patients in ICU from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected and all 15 cases of nursing staff adopted the risk management model, at the end of management, the KAP questionnaires were used to survey before and after the nursing risk management, and the occurrence probability of nursing risk events, incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia and compliant rate of nursing of and satisfactory degree of patients and their family to the nursing service of 40 cases of ICU patients before and after the risk management were analyzed. Results After the nursing risk management, the incidence rate of nursing risks, incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia and nursing compliant rate were lower than those before management（5.0%, 5.0%, 7.5% vs 45.0%, 40.0%, 47.5%）, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）, and the satisfactory degree was higher than that before management, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of nursing risk management in the ICU nursing management is obvious, which is conducive to improving the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing service and improving the nurse-patient relationship, and it is worth promotion and application.

ICU是有別于其他临床科室,具有强烈的专业性,该科室接受的患者以重症、危急的患者居多,所以护理人员的工作量较大,从而导致在护理过程中出现各种问题,护患关系紧张[1].针对以上问题,而提出采用护理风险管理办法,即对在护理过程中可能出现、发生或已经发生的不良问题、因素进行相应的预测、识别,并以此为依据采取相应的有效的预防措施.在临床实际应用中,护理风险管理取得明显的效果,已被广泛推广运用.该文主要目的为分析护理风险管理在ICU护理管理中的应用价值.
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
该文中的研究对象为2015年9月—2016年9月在该院ICU病房工作的护理人员15名及ICU收治的40例患者.护理人员中,男性占33.33%,女性占66.67%,年龄在20～43岁之间,工作年限在0～23年之间,其中学历为研究生护理人员的有1名,本科护理人员为7名,大专护理人员有4名,中专护理人员有2名.护理人员的职称分布为：护士长1名,主管护师4名,护师4名,护士6名.所有护理人员对于该实验研究均属自愿参加,并承诺全程配合.40例患者中,男28例,女22例,年龄36～68之间,所有患者的年龄、性别等一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.
