[摘 要] 目的 研究钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的临床疗效. 方法 选取120例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例.对照组给予闭合复位交锁髓内固定治疗,观察组则给予钢板螺钉内固定.观察对比两组骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合良好率及术后并发症发生率. 结果 观察组骨折愈合时间（85.4±3.6）d少于对照组（132.5±3.4）d,骨折愈合优良率96.67%优于对照组80.00%,术后不良反应发生率（1.67%）低于对照组（15.00%）,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中给予钢板螺钉内固定效果显著,可有效改善骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合良好率,并降低术后并发症发生率,促进其康复,值得临床研究.

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities. Methods A total of 120 patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary screw for fixation. The observation group was given plate and screw internal fixation. The fracture healing time, the good rate of fracture healing and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The fracture healing time in the observation group was（85.4±3.6）d, less than that of（132.5±3.4）d in the control group. The good rate of fractures was 96.67% in the observation group, better than 80.00% in the control group. The incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions（1.67%） was lower than that in the control group（15.00%）. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the fracture healing time, good fracture healing rate, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the rehabilitation. It is worthy of clinical research.

四肢长管状骨创伤骨折是临床一种严重的骨伤类型,由强大外力引起,且多數伴随休克、其他脏器损伤等情况,如不能及时处理和治疗干预,将会导致患者骨不愈合或致残,对其正常生活及工作造成严重影响[1,2].因此,必须引起高度重视,选择合适的手术方式进行治疗.在临床中,对四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者进行治疗多以手术治疗为主,其最主要目的是将骨连续性、骨功能进行有效恢复,而采取合适的治疗手段则是患者骨伤康复的关键.据相关临床研究[3,4]指出,钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的疗效显著,可促进骨折康复.本研究为证实上述理论,选取120例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组60例,分别给予闭合复位交锁髓内固定及钢板螺钉内固定治疗,对比治疗效果,具体报道如下.
