[摘 要] 目的 探讨分析细节管理在儿科临床护理中的应用情况及效果,以期促进提高今后儿科临床护理质量水平.方法 方便选取2016年8月—2017年7月于该院儿科就诊的200例患儿,将其中未开展细节管理的100例患儿设为参照组,将开展细节管理的100例患儿设为细节组.经可比性护理管理后,对比分析两组各项观察指标的统计结果. 结果 细节组开展细节管理后,统计其护理风险事件发生率为9%（9/100）、护患纠纷发生率为5%（5/100）及各种并发症发生率11%（11/100）均明显低于参照组的24%（24/100）、17%（17/100）、29%（29/100）,检验各指标间的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且,患儿及其家属对儿科临床护理质量的满意评价94%（94/100）也明显高于参照组65%（65/100）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 细节管理在儿科临床护理中的应用作用尤为突出,不仅能够大幅度提高儿科临床护理质量及专业技术水平,更可显著减少护理风险事件、护患纠纷及各种并发症的发生,对患儿的尽快康复有重大意义.

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate and analyze the application and effect of detail management in pediatric clinical nursing, so as to promote the quality of clinical nursing in the future. Methods 200 children in this hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected. The 100 children who did not carry out the details management were selected as the control group, and the 100 children who carried out the detailed management were set up as the detailed group. After comparative nursing management, the statistical results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The detail group after carrying out the details management, the nursing risk event rate was 9% （9/100）, dissension rate was 5% （5/100） and the incidence of complications was 11% （11/100）, significantly lower than the control group of 24%（24/100）,17%（17/100）, 29% （29/100）, the differences between the results of inspection among the indexes were obviously statistical significance （P<0.05）； and satisfaction of the children and their families to pediatric clinical nursing quality was 94%（94/100）, significantly higher than those in control group of 65%（65/100）, the statistical significance was obvious （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of detail management in pediatric clinical nursing is particularly prominent, not only can greatly improve the quality of pediatric clinical nursing and professional technical level, but also can significantly reduce the nursing risk events, nursing disputes and various complications, which is of great significance to children to recover as soon as possible.

因兒科临床护理对象具有很多方面的特殊性,如：患儿年龄偏小、身体处于发育阶段、心智上未成熟、对疾病没有太多的认知、生理及心理的耐受性差、自我能动性也较差等[1],使得临床护理工作的开展难度提高且护理风险较大,稍有不慎易引发护理风险事件,进而导致护患纠纷的发生,并且还促使患儿发生各种并发症,会进一步加重其病情以及增加儿科临床的治疗和护理难度.因此,在儿科临床护理工作积极开展有效的细节管理可提升患儿的疗效水平,并且利于改善护患关系,对减少并发症及护患纠纷事件均有非常重要的影响[2].现该文方便选取2016年8月—2017年7月于该院儿科就诊的200例患儿,对其中100例患儿开展细节管理,其余仅接受常规护理,经对比各项护理观察指标发现,细节管理在儿科临床护理中的应用效果尤为显著,现报道如下.
